The space
The apartment offers two bedrooms, a living room and a well-equipped kitchen, all with a magnificent sea view. The large outdoor terrace facing the southern Mediterranean Sea and the large shaded garden area to the north offer comfortable dinner areas as well as a cold beer. The garden is fenced on all sides, providing privacy and security to children.
The master bedroom has a double bed and direct access to the terrace, with panoramic sea views. The guest room has two single beds and one additional one.
Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with hangers. The bathroom has toilet, shower with thermostat and sink.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, 4-fire ceramic hob with oven, extractor hood, fridge and freezer, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and a variety of dishes, glasses and utensils.
The solarium terrace has a washing machine, two sun loungers, clothesline and retractable awning.
The gated communal pool area, with a children’s section, is well maintained with furniture and showers. The car can be parked free on the street or inside the secure community garage (with tag access) under the building.
Our Internet connection is a reliable 600 Mb fiber for your work and entertainment.
Note that there are some flights of stairs to climb to reach the property located on a hill. Use our secure underground parking to avoid some of the stairs. Upon entering the apartment you will be rewarded with a stunning panoramic view.

By plane you can arrive from Corvera airport (30 minutes) and Alicante airport (90 minutes). As soon as your booking is confirmed, we will provide you with detailed driving instructions avoiding toll roads.

Upon arrival you will find a welcome folder explaining how to use the air conditioning unit (heat/cold), the microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart-TV and the Brita water purifier. The folder will also inform you about many places and restaurants you should not miss during your stay.
We have a high-speed Internet connection via 600 Mbit/s fiber and, to make things easier for you, we don’t charge you any extra for wifi, electricity or water. NOW on the consumption of energy and water to keep it free also for our future guests.
The air conditioning through ducts is connected to all rooms and the bathroom.
For your safety, we have installed two smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. The front door is high security and all sliding doors are secured with layouts. The showers have thermostat control.
Cable television offers all Spanish television channels, including cartoons. The Smart TV connects to our wifi with Internet access, YouTube and your Netflix personal account.
